期刊在受众层面上的影响力和稿源质量是期刊发展的两大关键要素,基于网络的互动式编辑管理模式将期刊所涉及的相关利益者的互动与期刊引领学术潮流的质量目标进行有机结合,有利于实现学术期刊与学术水平的双赢发展.
The development of academic journals relies heavily on two key elements,that is,the popularity among readers and the quality of articles.The internet-based interactive editorial management mode takes into account the interaction between beneficiaries and the journals’ mission of guiding the academic directions,so as to create win-win condition for both journals’ development and academic improvement.
