大传统与小传统:中国宇宙观的N级编码——以东汉洛阳礼仪空间为例

Great Tradition and Little Tradition:N-Level Coding of Chinese Cosmology——Taking Luoyang Ceremonial Space of Eastern Han as An Example

"N级编码理论"的理论基础是物质文化研究与叶舒宪的"大/小传统理论",该理论力图结合共时和历时研究、实证与人文阐释,体现一种寻找文化一级编码的努力,这种努力也契合了国际理论界对结构主义的反思,以宇宙观为例,在东汉洛阳城的礼仪空间布局上,可以辨析出宇宙观大传统对小传统的影响,并可以观察到宇宙观与意识形态、礼仪、政治、身体的交错关联。

The＂N--level coding theory＂is based on the studies of material culture and Ye Shuxian＇s＂theories of great tradition and little tradition＂. The theory seeks to combine syn- chronic and diachronic studies,empirical and humanistic interpretations,reflecting the efforts of looking for a cultural level coding. Such efforts also agree to the international theoretic reflec- tions on structuralism. Taking cosmology as an example,we can discriminate the influence of the cosmological great tradition on the little tradition,and observe the staggered association a- mong cosmology,ideology, etiquette,politics,and body from the layout of Luoyang ceremonial space of Eastern Han.
