摘要
青年教师队伍是学校发展的希望和保证.有的学校在培养和管理方面存在一些问题,导致培养效果不显著,因此有必要引入评价机制和竞争机制,以加强青年教师队伍建设。
A contingent of young teacher is the hope and guarantee of colleges and universities.But there are still some problems yet to be solved in the work of cultivating and managing this contingent in some colleges and universities. This situation leads to no remarkable effects. In order to strengthen the a contingent of young teachers, this essay puts forward the way to introduce evaluation mechanism and competition mechanism to this work.
