宏观产权:基本内涵、研究方法及若干理论问题

摘要 西方现代产权理论笃信"私有产权神话",对一些"产权模糊"情况下经济反而发展良好的现象缺乏足够的解释力。原因在于西方现代产权理论忽略了一个基本事实:人的利益环境不仅仅源自私有产权,同时也源自"公共领域"。与西方现代产权理论基本上从负效应角度分析"公共领域"不同,宏观产权理论着眼分析"公共领域"正负效应的共同作用,因而能更为全面地解释产权与经济增长之间的关系。这既是对马克思主义产权经济学的继承,也在一定程度上发展了马克思主义产权经济学。 The theory of western modern property rights deeply believes in "the myth of pri- vate property rights", so it is difficult to reasonably explain why some economies under the condition of "vague property rights" can achieve good economic development. The reason is that western modern property rights theory ignores a basic fact that the interest environment of people comes not only from private property rights, but also the "public field". Different from the western modem property rights which basically analyzes "public field" from the angle of negative effect, macro-property right aims to analyze the combined effect of both the positive and negative effect of "public field". Therefore, it can better explain the relationship between property rights and economic growth. It inherited and in a sense developed the property rights economics of Marxism.
