摘要
高校的编外职工与编内职工相比,政治、经济、文化和物质生活质量差距较大,矛盾日益突出。如何解决上述问题已成为和谐校园创建的重要课题。针对高校新的利益群体和劳动关系变化,应制定新政策促进高校编外用工政策的规范化、法制化和人性化。通过对某大学的调查,分析编外职工劳动关系基本状况和存在的问题,提出相应的政策建议。
Compared with official employees, there are large gaps in political, economic, cul- tural and material life quality for unregistered employees in universities, which lead to more and more contradictions. How to solve the problems has become an important topic in establishing a harmonious university. Due to the changes in the new benefit group and labor relations, new policies should be made to make the policies on employing unofficial employees more standardized, legal and human - oriented. Through the investigation in one of the western universities, the paper analyzes the labor relations and the problems of unofficial employees, and policy suggestions are proposed.
