摘要
目的:摸清广西农村卫生人力变化及其现状,发现问题并展开讨论。方法:对《2011年中国卫生统计年鉴》、《2011年广西卫生统计年鉴》等相关数据资料,运用Excle2003并结合Gini系数进行统计分析。结果:广西农村卫生人力资源近几年得到较快的发展。从整体上看,广西各类农村卫生人力资源配置人口公平性达到较高水平。2005-2010年广西乡镇卫生院各项人力资源指标都呈不断上升趋势,其中注册护士增加最为显著。2006-2010年广西每千农业人口乡镇卫生院人员数环比增长分别高于同期全国的环比增长;2010年增长幅度高于全国水平和东中西部水平。但每千农业人口乡镇卫生院人员数仍然低于全国水平,农村卫生人员学历职称水平偏低。村卫生室人员数量历年来均明显低于全国平均水平。讨论:健全全科医生培养制度,优化医护人员构成,创新管理体制,加强各地村卫生室的建设等建议。
Objective To analyze the changes and status quo of rural health manpower.Methods Based on the data collected from "2011 China health statistics yearbook","2011 year Guangxi health statistics yearbook",Microsoft Excel 2003 was used together with Gini Coefficient for analysis.Results The study found that in recent years the rural health manpower in Guangxi has been developing quickly.From the overall point of view,among all kinds of rural health manpower allocation population fairness had achieved a higher level.Each index of the human resources in Guangxi rural hospitals from 2005 to 2010 is increasing,among which the index of registered nurse increased most significantly.Sequential growth rate of staff number every thousand agricultural population in township health centers of Guangxi from 2006 to 2010 was higher than the national level at the same period.In 2010 the growth rate was higher than both the national level and the central,eastern and western level.But the staff number every thousand agricultural population was still lower than the national level.The educational level and professional title of rural health manpower in Guangxi were relatively low.The number of village clinic staff obviously lower than the national average.Conclusion We should improve the training system for general practitioners,optimize medical personnel structure,innovate management system,and strengthen the construction of village clinics.
