摘要
目的:探寻加强基层医疗卫生机构财务人员继续教育的方法。方法:对徐州地区基层医疗卫生机构任现职的694名财务人员进行全样本调查,使用秩和检验等统计学方法处理收集到的信息。结果:徐州地区基层医疗机构财务人员继续教育工作存在诸多不足。结论:基层医疗机构财务人员继续教育工作任重道远。
Objective to seek the approach to further education of financial staff in primary medical institutions.Methods We made a whole sample survey of 694 financial staff of primary medical institutions in Xuzhou area and processed the collected data by rank-sum test.Results There were many weaknesses in further education of financial staff in primary medical institution in Xuzhou area.Conclusion Financial staff＇s further education in primary medical institution is to be improved.
