摘要
针对矫正机在设计和生产中存在认识误区的问题,利用最新的矫直理论对认识误区进行了分析讨论,提出三步程序矫直法;斜辊矫直的正交相位必须考察两个相邻压弯辊的中间距是否等于四分之一导程的奇数倍数;采用单辊驱动代替集中驱动等方法。对于设计新设备和改造旧设备有指导意义。
Aiming at the misunderstanding existing in the process of design and production of straightening ma- chine, the misunderstanding is analyzed by means of the latest straightening theory, the tree-step straightening method is proposed. It is pointed out that the quadrature phase of cross-roll straightening must consider the space between adjacent rolls, which should be the odd multiple of 1/4 lead. The single-roll driving method should be adopted instead of the centralized driving method and other methods. The method has the guiding sig- nificance to the design of new equipments and modification of old equipments.
