摘要
针对镁合金材料的轧制工艺要求有准确的开轧稳定和终轧温度,要求至少有两个道次变形率大于50%的问题,研制了国内第一台自动化水平较高的1725mm四辊可逆热轧镁板机组,介绍了机组的工艺参数、设备组成、技术特点及轧制流程,根据镁合金材料的轧制机理,简要分析了镁板热轧机组在一定的温度范围内进行可控轧制的特点。该机组填补了国内高性能宽幅镁合金板材轧制的空白。
The 1 725 mm four-roll reversible hot rolling unit for magnesium alloy plate is introduced. This unit is the first one developed in China. It has high automation level including its technological parameters, equip- ment composition, technique features and roiling process. According to roiling mechanism of magnesium alloy material, the controllable roiling features of the hot rolling unit in a certain temperature range is analyzed brief- ly. The high-performance unit fills the blank of the wide magnesium alloy plate rolling in China.
