摘要
依据泰钢浇铸不锈钢种类、性能及其生产工艺,中国重型机械研究院股份公司为其研制开发了不锈钢板坯连铸机。该文介绍该连铸机主要设备功能配置、主要工艺和参数等。现场实际生产证明,该连铸机生产的铸坯质量良好。
According to the stainless steel type, performance and produce technics of Taisteel, China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co. , Ltd. developed a stainless steel slab continuous caster for Shandong Taishan Iron and steel Co. , Ltd. , The major functional configuration, technology and parameters are intro- duced. The nraetical production proves that the caster works well and the oualitv of slab is perfect.
