摘要
提出了一种新型板材打捆机钢带锁扣装置的虚拟样机仿真方法。利用Solid Edge建立钢带锁扣装置的几何模型,然后导入到MsC.ADAMS环境建立虚拟样机。通过建模对钢带锁扣装置进行动力学仿真,并对动力输入、输出部分的速度和位移进行了相关分析。与传统利用物理样机实验的方法相比,该方法更经济高效,便于产品的优化设计,对打捆机的研究和设计具有一定实际应用参考价值。
A simulation method for the virtual prototype of a new type of metal sheet binding machine's steel strip locking device is presented. The geometric models of the steel strip locking device are constructed with Solid Edge, and then imported into the MSC. ADAMS environment to establish its virtual prototype. By the as- sociated modeling way, a kinetic simulation of the steel strip locking device is done. The analysis relative to Simulation results on the velocity and displacement of the parts, which provides the power input and output, are analyzed. Compared with the traditional methods of using physical prototypes, this simulation method is more effective for optimization design of the products. Thereby it can provide a valuable reference for the further study and design of binding machine.
