摘要
介绍了静电涂油机的组成及工作原理,对静电涂油机使用中的空油问题进行了分析,提出了供油系统的优化方案,解决了空油引起的不涂油现象导致的产品质量问题,增加了静电涂油机的使用精度。
The composition and working principle of the static electricity greasing machine are introduced. The spatial oil situation in running process of the static electricity greasing machine is analyzed. The optimization scheme of oil supply system is proposed. The phenomenon not to grease caused by the spatial oil problem was e- liminated. The greasing accuracy of the static electricity greasing machine was improved.
