聚醚醚酮/硅灰石/玻纤三元复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究制备了硅灰石含量不变、玻璃纤维含量增加和玻璃纤维含量不变、硅灰石含量增加两个体系的三元复合材料。考察了两个体系三元复合材料的力学性能、结晶性能、流变性能以及尺寸稳定性和耐摩擦性能等。玻纤的引入可以更好地增加材料的模量,而硅灰石则对增加强度贡献更大。当硅灰石含量较低而玻纤含量较高时,硅灰石起到了异相成核剂的作用,促进了结晶,其结晶性能甚至高于纯树脂;而当硅灰石含量增加,由于形成了更紧密的堆砌,结晶性能急剧下降。三元复合材料具有非常好的尺寸稳定性和摩擦学特性。 The ternary composites ofpoly ether ether ketone reinforced by wollastonite and glass fiber are prepared. The mechanical properties, crystallization, theological propellies, dimensional stability and tribologi- cal properties are investigated. The results indicate that the modulus of the composites could be enhance by glass fiber and the strength of the composites could be improved by wollastonite. The heterogeneous nucleation of the com- posites with low wollastonite and high glass fiber could be promoted by wollastonite and the crystallinity is improved. Moreover, Because of the formation of close stacking, the crystallinity of the composites decreases sharply when the content of wollastonite increases in the composites. The ternary composites have excellent dimensional stability and tribological characteristic.
