摘要
仪表智能监控中,首先需要自动获取所监控仪表的信息。为了适应条码模糊以及背景多变的影响,提出了高通滤波后二值化的方法和利用形体学开运算来快速有效定位条形码的方法。该方法首先对图像进行高通滤波,去除背景光照不均对二值化的影响,然后进行形态学开运算并二值化,将条形码腐蚀膨胀成矩形条,根据矩形条的特征定位出条形码。实验表明文中提出的条形码定位算法具有很好的鲁棒性。
In intelligent monitoring system,the first step is to obtain information of instruments by reading its bar code. In order to locate blurry bar code robustly with background change,a method based on high pass filter and morphology was proposed. Firstly, a high-pass filter is applied to reduce the uneven illumination. After that, Mathematical Morphology and binary operation are needed to make the bar to be a rectangular block. Then it is easy to locate the bar code by features of the rectangular block. The results of experiments show that the algorithm has good performance and robustness.
