摘要
内源性大麻素(eCBs)作为内源性脂质介质参与各种生理和病理过程。环氧合酶-2(COX-2)是神经源性炎症的重要分子,与神经变性病(如多发性硬化,帕金森氏综合症及老年性痴呆)的发病机理有关,同时参与创伤性脑外伤和缺血诱导的神经元损伤的病理过程。eCBs及其COX-2氧化代谢物对神经元起着不同的作用。因此,阐明eCBs对神经元损害的保护作用,有助于理解eCBs及其COX-2氧化代谢物在COX-2相关的神经变性病中的作用机制。
Endocannabinoids(eCBs),endogenous lipids molecules,has been implicated in the physiological and pathological conditions.Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),an important neuroinflammatory molecule,is associated with the pathogenies of neurodegenerative diseases(Multiple sclerosis,Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases)as well as pathological conditions of neuronal impairments induced by ischemia and traumatic brain injuries.Endocannabinoids and its COX-2 oxidative metabolites play different important roles in neuronal impairments.Thus,elucidation of eCBs on the protection of neuronal impairments may provide a mechanism basis for Endocannabinoids and its COX-2 oxidative metabolites at preventing,treating or alleviating neuroinflammation-associated neurological disorders.
