Comments on Land Sciences Research Priorities of 2012 and Perspective of 2013:Sub-report of Agricultural Land Conservation

研究目的:归纳分析2012年国内外农用地保护方面的研究进展,分析未来研究趋势。研究方法:文献统计法。研究结果:2012年国内农用地保护研究比较侧重于耕地保护、耕地质量评价和农用地集约利用等方面,国外则侧重于农用地生态功能保护研究。研究结论:国内外由于制度、发展阶段不同,农用地保护研究的内容和重点也有所差异;今后国外将会注重农用地生物多样性、农用地新功能、农用地与建设用地合理配置等方面的研究,国内则将会注重耕地保护新主体行为、农用地质量提升与评价、基本农田保护、农用地生态功能管护等方面的研究。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research progress of agricultural land conservation in 2012 and analyze the research trend in 2013.Method employed is literature review.The results indicate that the domestic research of agricultural land conservation focused on arable land protection,cultivated land quality evaluation and agricultural land intensive use.Meanwhile,the foreign researches focused on the protection of land ecological functions.It is concluded that the differences of the research focuses was due to the differences of political systems and development stages between China and other countries.In the near future,the foreign researchers will pay more attention to farmland biodiversity,new function of agricultural land,and allocation between agricultural land and construction land.However,the domestic
