摘要
滨海新区濒临渤海湾,土质较软,对高层建筑的桩基承载力要求很高,后注浆技术可以加固桩侧和桩端土,提高桩的单桩极限承载力。论述了在注浆桩和非注浆桩桩身安置钢筋应力计,根据注浆前后应力计的数据变化对比,分析经注浆后,使桩侧、桩端摩阻力得到一定程度的提高,推动后注浆技术在滨海软土地区得到进一步的应用。
As is all know to us, Binhai New Area is on the Gulf of Bohai, the soil is relatively soft, requiring high bear- ing capacity for pile foundation of the tall buildings. In this case, post grouting technology of bored pile, which could improve the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile. Through the engineering examples, this text analyses placing reinforcement stress meters on the in--grouting piles and grouting piles, by comparing stress meter datas among the grouting piles and non grouting piles, we analyse friction resistance of pile--side and pile--tip was enhanced to a certain degree, which promote the post grouting pile technology in coastal soft soil area to a further application.
