摘要
通过对QS-1350F聚氯乙烯树脂的中试开发研究,确定了QS-1350F树脂的聚合配方和工艺条件,生产的QS-1350F聚氯乙烯树脂孔隙率高、粒度分布集中,达到了企业标准的要求。用其制备的透明样品具有较高的透光率、较低的雾度和黄色指数,制备的电缆料样品具有良好的加工性能。
The pilot study on QS-1350F PVC resin was performed. The polymerization formula and process conditions for QS.1350F PVC resin production were determined. QS-1350F PVC resins obtaincd had high porosity and narrow particlc size distribution, and could achicvc thc entcrprisc standard. Transparcnt samplcs prcparcd from this kind of rcsin had high light transmittancc, low hazc and ycllowness indcx. Cable compound samples preparcd from this kind of resins had good processing propcrtics.
