介绍了港澳地区指定分包合同的订立过程,结合具体工程案例谈了港澳地区在施工总承包加指定分包模式下总承包方合同管理的几点体会,站在总承包商的角度提出了指定分包合同管理和风险规避的方法。

This thesis introduces the process of how the nominated subcontracting contracts are negotiated and achieved in the Hang Kong and Macao areas. By illustrating specific project cases, it also brings several thoughts on the contract management under the contract conditions of general contracting and nominated subcontracting in the Hong Kong and Macao areas. From the angle of the main contractors, the methods and practical uses of main contractor＇ s contract management and risk aversion are mentioned in this thesis, too.
