深圳轨道交通三号线横岗双层车辆段特点及施工组织分析

Construction Organization and Features of Henggang Double Depot in the Third Line of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit

深圳轨道交通三号线横岗双层车辆段是三号线车辆停放、维修检修、三号线管理办公、深圳轨道交通线网B型车大修、架修基地,是目前国内规模最大的车辆段,也是国内第一个双层结构的车辆段。在分析该车辆段设计和施工特点基础上,重点对车辆段项目管理和施工组织模式进行了介绍,对今后同类工程设计与施工具有一定的参考价值。

Heng-gang double depot in the third line of Shenzhen urban rail transit is the base of railcar parking, overhaul- ing and maintaining, managing and working place of the third line＇ s staff, and it is also the base of B railcars overhaul and un-wheeling repair of Shenzhen rail transit nets. It is the largest depot, and the first double structure depot in China. On the basis of analyzing the features of its design and construction, the management and construction organization mode is mainly introduced in this paper. The conclusion can be referred to for the design and construction in the similar project.
