摘要 根据高家屯隧道1号横洞交叉口为软弱围岩、埋深浅且位于偏压段的特点,通过对比分析隧道交叉口传统的施工工艺,结合实际施工情况,充分论证后提出高家屯隧道1号横洞交叉口采用门架结构结合弧形导坑法直接进入正洞的施工方法。实践证明,该施工方法可以加快施工进度、缩短工期、节约成本,取得了良好的经济和社会效益,可为同类工程提供技术方案的选择以及安全施工的参考。 In light of the soft surrounding rocks, shallow burial and biased pressure of No. 1 cross section tunnel intersection on Gaojiatun Tunnel, through comparative analysis of the traditional construction technology of tunnel intersection, This paper after full argument, proposed the construction methods of the door frame structure combined the arc gallery method directly into the main hole combined with the actual engineering. Practice has proved that the construction method can speed up the construction schedule, shorten the construction period, reduce cost, which achieves good economic and social benefits, and provide a technical solution as well as the safe construction for similar projects.
