产业园区低碳化转型动力机制研究——以天津滨海高新技术产业园区为例 被引量:6

Study on the Dynamic Mechanism of Industrial Parks Low-carbonization:Taking Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone for Example

摘要 本文在对相关文献进行研究的基础上,运用行动者网络理论构建了一个产业园区低碳化转型网络的分析框架,并以滨海高新区为例,探讨了产业园区低碳化转型网络的构建过程。研究结果表明:通过行动者网络的构建,可以全面辨析出实现产业园区低碳化转型过程中的动力因素(行动者),动态描绘出这些动力因素之间的作用机理及演化路径。政府作为核心行动者通过采取合理的手段可以调整行动者的行为,消除行动者的利益冲突和异议,维系网络正常运行。行动者网络理论的应用为研究产业园区低碳建设供了全新视角,也为相关领域的进一步研究提供了有力的理论支持。 This paper uses actor network theory to build Industrial Parks low-carbonization network framework after the analysis of the related literature,and take the Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone as example,discusses the Industrial Parks low-carbonization process.The research shows that the actor network theory can fully reveal the dynamic factors(actors) of the parks low-carbonization process.The government,which is the core of actors,can adjust the behaviors of actors by taking reasonable means so as to eliminate the interest conflict and dissent of the construction low-carbonization process.The application of actor network theory provides a new perspective for the study of the construction low-carbonization dynamic mechanism,as well as a strong theoretical support for the further research.
