本文就新疆马产业发展优势和面临的发展机遇,从马产业发展规划的角度,提出了相关政策和马产业体系建设的建议。
Based on the development advantages and opportunities of Xinjiang Horse industry, the suggestiong of horse industry system construction and some related policies are proposed from the horse industry development planning perspective.
