锁定钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折36例疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨锁定钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折的临床效果。方法自2006年5月至2009年2月,对36例股骨髁间骨折进行了切开复位锁定钢板内固定术,术后进行随访并观察其疗效。结果本组所有病例均获随访,时间18~24个月,平均20个月。所有病例均骨性愈合,骨折愈合时间16~34周,平均26周。未发生畸形愈合及内固定失效。根据Merchan等提出的膝关节功能评分标准,优10例,良22例,可4例,优良率为88.9%。结论锁定钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折具有操作简单、固定牢固、并发症少、伤膝功能恢复好的优点,是一种治疗股骨髁间骨折较好的内固定材料。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation with locking plate in the treatment of intercondylar fracture of femur. Methods Open reduction and internal fixation with locking plate were performed in 36 patients with intercondylar fracture of femur from May 2006 to February 2009. All the 36 patients were followed up and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results All the patients were followed up for 18 to 24 months, 20 months in average. Bone union was obtained in all the patients 16~34 weeks (with an average of 26 weeks) after operation. There was no malunion or disfunction of internal fixation in any patient. According to the criteria proposed by Merchan, the clinical effect was excellent in 10 cases, good in 22 cases, common in 4 cases. The excellent and good rate was 88.9%. Conclusion Internal fixation with locking plate is easy to perform and can provide firm fixation, with few complications. Recovery of function of the knee after operation is satisfactory. Locking plate is a recommendable fixator in the treatment of intercondylar fracture of femur.
