摘要 目的调查我院不同背景护理人员的关怀能力,为整体提高护理关怀能力提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式进行研究,首先采用整群抽样法,抽取我院内、外、妇、骨、五官科,然后对这5个科室的护理人员行方便抽样,选取100名护理人员参与调查。主要调查内容包括学历、职称、工龄、科室以及护理人员在工作中对患者实施护理关怀频率。采用美国护理学家Nkongho编制的关怀能力评价量表从认知、勇气、耐心3个纬度进行评分。结果我院护理人员关怀能力评分较低;主管护师在认知、勇气和耐心3个维度得分均明显高于护师和护士(P〈0.05);护龄大于15年的护理人员在认知、勇气和耐心三个维度得分均明显高于1~5年组和6~15年组(P〈0.05);总是实施关怀率主管护师最高,其次为护师,护士最低。结论我院护理人员关怀能力较低,尤其是低职称、低护龄的护理人员,应从多种途径加强培养护理人员的关怀能力。 Objective To investigate the caring ability of nurses with different backgrounds, in order to provide references for improving nurses' caring ability. Methods Departments of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology and E.N.T departments were selected by cluster sampling, and then 100 nurses were selected from the five departments by convenient sampling. The participants were investigated through questionnaire, including education background, technical title, length of service, department, and the frequency of nursing care for patients during work. The caring ability of nurses were investigated using Nkongho's caring ability evaluation questionnaire, involving cognition, courage, patience. Results The caring ability of the nurses was found to be in low level. The scores in cognition, courage and patience of chief nurses were significantly higher than senior nurses and common nurses (P〈0.05). The scores in cognition, courage and patience in nurses with nursing age above 15 years were significantly higher than those with nursing age of 1~5 years and those of 6~15 years (P〈0.05). The frequency of nursing care of chief nurses was significantly higher than senior nurses and common nurses (P〈0.05). Conclusion The overall caring ability of nurses in our hospital is poor, especially those nurse with lower professional title and short working years. Measures should be taken to improve the caring ability of nurses.
