改良侧位纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂术后护理体会

Postoperative nursing experiences of improved longitudinal section transverse suture operation in the treatment of chronic anal fissure

目的探讨改良侧位纵切横缝术治疗及护理对慢性肛裂的效果。方法将我院收治的50例慢性肛裂患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用侧位开放式内括约肌切断术治疗,观察组采用改良侧位纵切横缝术治疗。两组治疗后均给予综合护理,分析两组治疗及护理效果、手术情况及术后随访情况。结果对照组总有效率为64%,观察组总有效率为92%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛、切口愈合时间及感染发生情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组随访并发症发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良侧位纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂,术后给予综合护理措施,疗效佳,切口愈合良好,使用方便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of improved longitudinal section transverse suture operation and postoperative nursing in the treatment of chronic anal fissure. Methods Fifty patients of chronic anal fissure patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group applied open lateral internal sphincterotomy, while the study group employed improved longitudinal section transverse suture operation. The therapeutic efficacy, and nursing effect, surgery and postoperative follow-up situation were analyzed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 64%, significantly lower than that in the observation group （92%）, P〈0.05. The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in postoperative pain, time of incision healing, infection situation, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The observation group was significantly superior in the incidence of complications （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For treating chronic anal fissure, improved longitudinal section transverse suture operation and comprehensive nursing measures can result in good therapeutic efficacy, good healing of incision, less infections, which is worthy to be extended in clinical practice.
