Development and Production of Non-quenched and Tempered Steel for Crankshaft by Large Size Concast Blooms

随着人们对能源与环保问题的日益关注,发展节能、环保、低成本的非调质钢,替代能耗高、周期长的调质钢汽车零件成为发展汽车用钢的必然趋势。在试验研究的基础上,开发了覆盖130mm～220mm的锰-硫、锰-钒和锰-钒-硫系大规格连铸非调质曲轴用钢,产品广泛应用于国内外知名品牌重型卡车。满足终端用户的使用要求并形成规模生产,产生了巨大的经济效益。

With the ever-increasing concerns on the issues of energy and environmental protection, it becomes an inevitable trend to develop energy-saving, environment-friendly and low-cost non-quenched and tempered automotive steel to replace quenched and tempered steel, which consumes more energy with longer production cycle. On the basis of experimental research, non-quenched and tempered Mn-S, Mn-V and Mn-V-S steel for crankshaft made by large size concast bloom including the section of Ф130 mm～220 mm has been produced, which are widely used in domestic and international heavy truck of famous brands. The said product can meet the terminal user＇s requirements and be produced in large scale, thus great economic benefit has been brought.
