摘要
就新钢钒"转炉+连铸"GCr15 200方+连轧生产过程中,以适当的在线的高温扩散克服连铸坯轧材碳化物液析问题;通过在线控轧控冷改善轧材的碳化物带状、网状问题进行了生产工艺的初步摸索探讨,对攀长钢公司该类产品生产开发与产品质量提升有十分积极意义的。
In the production of GCrl5 200 square billet by "converter + continuous casting" process + continuous roiling steel, the carbide liquation problem existed in the rolled steel produced by continuous casting billet are solved by proper online high-temperature diffusion; the production process is explored preliminarily from the aspect of improving network carbides and banded carbides in the rolled steel by online controlled rolling and controlled cooling process which is of very positive significance to the development and quality improvement of this kind of products.
