摘要
针对TB5合金板坯锻造后组织粗大塑性较差,容易脆裂的情况进行了分析,确定了影响板坯塑性的主要因素为加热工艺、锻造温度和变形程度,并提出了相应的改进措施,在后续的TB5合金板坯锻造中使其塑性得到较大提高。
This paper analyzed the problem of fracture due to the bad plasticity caused by coarse structure after forging of TB5 alloy slab, determined the main factors of affecting the plasticity of slab: heating process, forging temperature and deformation degree, and gave the corresponding improvement measures which improved greatly the plasticity of TB5 alloy slab in the subsequent forging process.
