摘要
作为生物活性分子的有效组成部分,3-取代手性吲哚衍生物在有机合成中具有广泛的应用,其不对称合成方法的研究格外令人注目。近年来,由吲哚及其类似物一步合成3-取代手性吲哚衍生物的报道剧增。根据合成过程中所用手性催化剂的种类,综述了近几年来由吲哚及其类似物为原料一步构建3-取代手性吲哚衍生物的研究进展。
Chiral -3 - substituted indole derivatives were an important class of compounds with numerous applications in organic synthesis and as constituents of a number of biologically active molecules. Recently, there were a lot of reports on the synthesis of chiral 3 - substituted indoles from indoles or analogues. The development of one - pot synthesis of chiral 3 - substituted indole derivatives form indoles or analgues were organized through the type of the chiral catalysis in the synthesized progress.
