改性活性炭烟气脱硫脱硝的再生性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用浸渍法对活性炭进行表面改性处理,在改性活性炭脱硫脱硝性能研究后,用热再生法,对改性活性炭进行再生吸附模拟烟气中SO2和NO的实验,得知再生后改性活性炭脱硫脱硝能力基本不变。从而进一步考察再生温度,再生时间和再生次数对改性活性炭脱硫脱硝性能的影响,得出加热再生的最佳工艺条件:温度为200℃,时间为15 min,同时满足平均脱硫率和平均脱硝率的再生次数可达6次。 Impregnated activated carbon (AC) sorbent, the variation of its functional groups and the catalytic oxidation reaction for SO2 and NO in simulated flue gas were researched in laboratory. Using thermal regeneration method modified AC, the capacity of desulfurization and denitrification of modified AC nearly remained the same after regeneration. The influencing factors of the capacity of desulfurization and denitrifieation of modified AC, such as regeneration temperature, regeneration time and regeneration frequency were researched. Thermal regeneration optimum conditions were temperature 200℃ and time 15 min, and the number of regeneration for the same average desulfurization rate and average denitrification rates was up to 6 times.
