氧化石墨烯的制备及其在修饰电极上的应用

Preparation of Graphene Oxide and its Application in Modified Electrode

摘要 通过Hummers法合成出氧化石墨烯(GO),并分别利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行了表征。将制得的GO与海藻酸钠(SA)形成的复合膜与肌红蛋白(Mb)组装在玻炭电极上,形成了Mb-SA-GO复合膜修饰电极。电化学实验结果表明,Mb在该复合膜上表现出较好的电化学活性。 Graphene oxide (GO) was prepared by the Hummers method and characterized by louner translorm mirared spectra (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Composite films made from GO and sodium alginate (SA) were used to incorporate myoglobin on glassy carbon electrode to produce Mb - SA - GO composite film modified electrode. Electrochemical experiments demonstrated that Mb incorporated in the composite films showed good electrochemical activity.
