摘要 采用自制硫酸钙晶须填充不饱和聚酯树脂,并对填充后的不饱和聚酯树脂进行收缩率和抗冲击强度等性能的测试。结果表明,填充硫酸钙晶须后不饱和聚酯树脂的性能得到明显的改善,当填充量为15%时,收缩率降低到1.2%,当填充量为12%时,抗冲击强度达到13.6 kJ/m2,比空白样提高40%。 CaSO4 whisker was selected to fill UP resin, and some properties of the casting system including curing shrinkage and impact strength. The results showed that the properties were improved in different degree with the addition of CaSO4 whisker. The curing shrinkage of the pure resin was 5.0%, while that of the system filled with CaSO4 whisker by 15% in weight was only 1.2%. The maximum was 13.6 kJ/m^2 when 12% of whisker in weight was added, which was 140% higher than that of pure UP resin.
