摘要
聚合反应器的生产能力常常受限于系统的撤热能力,通过对HDPE装置增产扩容的全面分析,认为撤除聚合釜聚合反应热是装置扩能的关键技术之一。现从工艺设计,设备及配管方面分析了聚乙烯装置浆液外循环系统的堵塞问题,并提出了可行的解决思路及方法,为以后类似的设计方案提供了有价值的参考。
The production capability of polymerization reactors was often limited by the heat removed ability of the system. The capacity expansion on HDPE device was thoroughly analyzed and found that revoving polymerization heat was one of the key skills. A feasible resolution with an analysis on slurry outside circulation block was put forward, which was really a worthy reference for other similar design cases.
