Analysis & Precautions on Harmful Factors of DME Production Process

二甲醚生产过程中存在的危险化学品及高温、高压的运行状态等极易发生着火、爆炸、人员中毒、电气伤害、机械伤害、高处坠落、噪音、及高温等危害[1]。本文主要从物料危险特性、主要设备、装置火灾危险特性等方面分析了二甲醚生产过程中的危险、有害因素,突出阐述了这些职业危害的的防范措施,从本质上做好这些职业危害的防护,保证职工安全和健康。

The operating condition of hazardous chemical, high temperature and pressure which existed on the production process of dimethyl ether （ hereinafter referred to as DME ） , may easily occur various damages, just like fired,explosion, personnel poisoning, hurt on electric and mechinery, falling accidents, noise, high temperature, etc. The harmful factors on DME production process in several ways mainly analyzed were the dangerous characteristics of material,fire danger of main equipment and device, and so on. The precautions were expounded highlightly, which could protect essentially and ensure the workers safe and healthy.
