摘要
建立一套实用、有效、合理的电能质量综合评估体系是适应社会发展的需要,也是电能质量管理标准化的需要。首次在电网电能质量数字化分析平台中采用最新国际标准IEC 61970和IEC 61850通讯规约和TCP/IP网络数据交换协议来构建三级兼容二级电能质量监测管理系统。变电站采用IEC 61850标准通讯规约和TCP/IP网络通道数据交换协议实现不同厂家监测终端电能质量信息交换的无缝连接,并实现互操作。采用面向对象的方法,使系统具有良好的稳定性和扩展性;人性化设计减少了操作员操作失误,方便了对各种对象的定位,简化了使用方法。实际运行结果表明了系统的可靠性、稳定性和可扩展性。
To set up a practical, effective and reasonable electric energy quality integrated evaluation system is the necessity of adapting social development and electric energy quality management standardization. For the first time this paper adopts the latest international standard IEC61970 and IEC61850 communication protocol and TCP/IP network exchange protocol to construct three-level compatible to two-level electric energy quality supervision man- agement system in power grid electric energy digitalize analysis platform. The substation adopts IEC 61580 standard communication protocol and TCP/IP network channel data exchange protocol to realize seamless connection of dif- ferent venders supervision terminal electric energy quality information exchange and to realize mutual operation. A- dopting the cater-to-object method, the system acquires favorable stability and expansibility. Humanization design reduces the operators' incorrect operation and makes various object orientation convenient, and at the same time, simplifies usage method. Practical application proves the system to be reliable, stable and expansible.
