摘要
简单介绍了某电厂百万机组空预器漏风控制系统,对其安全运行出现的问题进行了可靠性分析。采用了一种基于就地PLC控制的DCS监控方法;应用多重容错保护及其他参数辅助控制保护来有效避免设备的误动与拒动,确保漏风控制系统的有效可靠投入,提高了空预器漏风控制系统安全运行的可靠性。
This paper describes the air leakage control system (LCS) of air preheater leakage in 1 000 MW power plant, and the reliability analysis of the system safety running problem is proposed. A monitoring approach in DCS based on a PLC control is used. The multiple fault-tolerant protection and other parameter auxiliary control protec- tion are used to avoid the mis-start or refuse-start of the equipment. These guarantee the LCS system running relia- bly and effectively, and improve the reliability of the LCS system safety running.
