独活对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎小鼠的神经保护作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨独活对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎小鼠的神经保护作用。方法采用人工合成MOG35-55肽段诱发C57BL/6小鼠EAE模型,分组给药后观察神经功能变化;光镜观察组织学切片染色;ELISA检测IL-17和IL-23的含量。结果高剂量独活能明显改善EAE小鼠的临床症状,减轻脱髓鞘损伤,显著抑制其脾淋巴细胞分泌促炎细胞因子的能力。结论独活对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎具有神经保护作用。 Objective To investigate the neural preventive function of Duhuo on experimental allergic encephalomyelitis. Methods We used MOG35-55 to induce C57BL/6 mouse EAE model by CNS function test, LFB dyeing and Elisa assay, We detected the immune regulation and neural protection of Duhuo on EAE Multiple sclerosis(MS). Results The high dose of Duhuo could improve the EAE mouse behavior, alleviate neural damage and decrease clinical score obviously, inhibit CNS inflammatory infiltrate and reduce demyelination and decrease IL-17 and IL-23 obviously. Conclusion The results imply that Duhuo has the neural protective function on EAE.
