美韩促进文化发展政策对我国的启示

我国正处于文化改革发展的关键时期,如何完善文化改革发展政策和文化发展产业政策进而促进文化改革发展繁荣成为当前的一项重大任务。在经历了文化改革发展的四大阶段之后,我国文化改革发展仍存在诸多问题。美国作为世界政治、经济、文化最为发达的国家,其文化发展政策具有相当的借鉴意义;韩国是文化产业发达的亚洲经济强国,其文化发展政策的成功对我国同样具有参考价值。因此,在总结我国文化改革发展历程的基础上,分析了我国文化改革发展的问题,总结借鉴美韩促进文化发展的主要政策,提出促进我国文化改革发展的政策建议。

China is in the critical period of euhure reform and development. How the government perfects the policy of cultural reform and development and the industrial policy of culture development and then promotes the development and prosperity of euhure reform has become the major task. After the four phases of culture reform and development, there are still many problems abotlt culture reform and development in China. The United States, as the most developed country of polities, economy and culture in the world, has quite reference significance in cultural development policy. South Korea, as Asian economic power with the developed eulturat industry, has the same consultation value in the suecess of culture development peliey. Henee, based on the summary of the process of the culture reform and development in China, paper analyze the problems of culture reform and development, and then combined with the major culture development policy in U. S. and South Korea and propose the policy recommendations to promote culture reform and development in China.
