中国对俄直接投资的“SIM”模式构建研究

Study on the Construction of “SIM” Model of Chinese FDI in Russia

虽然中国对俄直接投资近几年发展较快,但与双边贸易相比规模不大,仍处在起步阶段,对中俄贸易的促进作用并没有得到充分的发挥,这必将对中俄经贸合作的战略升级形成掣肘。因此,如何构建高效率的中国对俄直接投资模式,成为我国当前迫切需要解决的重大问题。通过采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,对中国对俄直接投资的现状及存在的问题进行深入剖析,从投资规模、投资结构、投资方式方面找出中国对俄直接投资效益低下的原因,然后运用灰色关联分析法对影响中国对俄直接投资的关键因素进行确定,最后从空间布局、产业选择、方式选择三个层面构建了以实现投资效益最大化为宗旨的中国对俄直接投资的"SIM"模式。

Although in recent years Chinese FDI in Russia grew rapidly, competed with bilateral trade, the scale is not big and there is still along way to go. The promotion role for Sino - Russian trade has not been given to full play. It must become a hindrance of the strategy upgrading of Sino - Russian cooperation. Therefore, it becomes the important problem that calls for immediate solution that how t%eonstxxtet a high efficiency model of Chinese FDI in Russia. At first, the paper deeply analyzes the status and problems of Chinese/FDI in Russia by adopting the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and finds the reason of low benefits of Chinese FDI in Russia from investrrlent scale,investment structure and investment model. Then the key faetors are determined by mean of grey correlation analysis. At last, ＂SIM＂ model of Chinese FDI in Rus- sia is built up with the tenet of the investment benefits improvement from the three aspects of spatial distribution, industrial selection and model selection.
