经济增长是宏观经济的主要目标之一。通过利用总量生产函数估算基础设施投资的回报率,通过建立陕西省基础设施与经济增长之间关系的模型,系统分析陕西省1978-2010年间基础设施投资对经济增长的影响,认为基于基础设施建设拉动增长的政策就长期而言不可持续,应进一步推动市场化改革,才能保持经济持续增长。
