The socialization of rear service is the common objective of the nationwide logistics reform in the institutions of Higher Learning.This paper analyzes the diffictlties in logistics reform and their causes,and probes into the objective,principles,countermeasures and measures of the reform on the basis of the reality in the Institutions of Higher Learning in the Minority Areas.
