摘要
针对车用变频驱动系统中逆变器开路故障,采用直流侧电流频谱作为故障特征量进行故障诊断;并引入希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)作为频谱分析工具,将该方法延伸到非平稳信号的频谱分析中。通过对稳态、动态两种工况下单管开路故障和单相开路故障两种故障模式的研究,结果表明:该方法能够在稳态和动态工况下可靠提取出直流侧电流信号中隐含的故障特征量,适用于车用工况。
A study on inverter faults of variable frequency speed control system used in electric vehicles is presented, including single power device open circuit fault and one phase missing fault, based on DC side current and I-Iilbert-Huang Transform (HHT). Simulation on both stable state and dynamic operation condition has been carried out. The results show that this method can effectively extract the fault indications from DC side current for both sta- ble state and dynamic operation condition, and it is suitable for car conditions.
