一种有效的安全裕度测试加速算法

摘要 阐述了安全裕度测试的过程。分析了安全裕度测试过程中被控设备的非线性,以及电磁场信号的损耗对控制系统产生的影响。针对实际测试过程测试时间长的问题,通过对非线性测试设备进行数学建模的方法改进系统模型。提出一种在测试过程中,动态计算系统模型特性参数,预估被控设备给定信号量,以及控制偏差逐渐减小的方式,动态逼近给定极限值的加速算法。确保了系统的控制精度,加快了系统的测试速度。 The process of testing the safety margin is elaboratd, analysis of the impact of non-linearity test equipment during the safety margin testing process , as well as the loss of the electromagnetic field signals generated by the control system. Against the problem that testing last long in actual testing process, through the method of mathematical modeling of the non-linear test equipment the system model is improvd. An acceleration algorithm of dynamic approximation is proposed to give limits, which is dynamic computing system model characteristics parameters, estimating the semaphores charged by the given device, and controlling the deviation gradually decreasing during the testing process. The accuracy of the control system is ensurd, and the speed of the system testing is accelerated.
