板坯连铸拉坯过程的三维非定常数值模拟 被引量:1

3D Unsteady Numerical Simulation on Withdrawal Process in Slab Continuous Casting

摘要 采用基于焓-多孔介质方法的三维非定常数值模拟,通过分析拉坯过程中结晶器容腔体积的变化,对板坯连铸拉坯过程中结晶器内钢液的流动和凝固情况进行了研究。利用含预凝固区域的拉坯运动模型,采用热焓形式的能量方程描述溶液凝固熔化过程;并使用多孔介质方法模拟凝相物质对溶液流动的影响。分析结果表明,采用的计算模型和方法能够反映板坯连铸拉坯过程中复杂的传热、相变、流动和计算域变化过程,可用于板坯连铸拉坯动态过程的数值模拟。 The flow and solidification of molten steel on with drawal process in slab continuous casting has been studied by three-dimensional unsteady numerical simulation. The volume change of inner cavity during withdrawal process in slab continuous casting has been simulated,in which, the initial pre-solidification domain and withdrawal speed has been assumed, The energy equation in enthalpy model has been defined to represent the pre-solidification and melting process of molten steel, and the influence of solid materials on flow of molten steel has been described using porous media method. The simulation results show that the proposed models and methods can reveal the com- plex process of heat conducting, phase change, flow and the changes in computational domain during withdrawal process in slab continuous casting, and can be used to simulate the dynamic withdrawal process in slab continuous casting.
