摘要
目的:了解我院临床抗感染药的应用状况和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用医院数据库,对2008—2011年我院抗感染药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:2008—2011年我院抗感染药销售金额占全院药品总销售金额比例基本稳定;2008—2010年,大环内酯类居系统用抗感染药销售金额排序首位;2008—2011年,外用抗真菌药居外用抗感染药销售金额排序首位;2009—2011年,复方咪康唑软膏居抗感染药销售金额排序首位。大环内酯类连续4年居DDDs排序首位,其中罗红霉素居系统用抗感染药DDDs排序首位。结论:抗感染药在我院的使用基本符合皮肤科感染的治疗特点,大环内酯类和抗真菌药分别在临床系统用、外用抗感染药中占主导地位。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the status quo and tendency of the utilization of anti-infectives in our hospital to provide reference for clinical rational use of anti-infectives.METHODS：By using hospital database,the consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc of anti-infectives in our hospital during 2008-2011 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：The proportion of the consumption sum of anti-infectives sales in total annual consumption sum was stable during 2008-2011,with macrolides leading the consumption sum list of the systemic antiinfectives during 2008-2010,the antifungal agents for external use topping the consumption sum list among all the anti-infectives agents for external use during 2009-2011,and compound miconazole nitrate ointment leading the consumption sum list among all the anti-infective agents during 2009-2011.Macrolide ranked first in DDDs during 2008-2011,and the DDDs of roxithromycin dominated the first place among all the systemic antiinfectives.CONCLUSION： The use of anti-infectives in our hospital was basically in line with the characteristics for treatment of dermatological infections.Macrolide and antifungal agents took the lead respectively among the systemic antiinfectives and the anti-infective agents for external use.
