通过对知识在经济活动中参与的两类不同性质的循环及其作用机理的研究 ,总结了中国面临的跨越式发展中的知识稀缺问题 ,提出和讨论了知识经济环境中支撑中国经济持续稳定发展的若干系统因素的关系 。

Based on the study of the involvement of knowledge in the circles of two different kinds in economic activities and its working mechanisms, the paper has summed up the issue on the lack of knowledge in the skipping development China faces. It puts forward and discusses the relationships among a number of systems factors supporting the sustainable and steady development of the economy of China in the knowledge-oriented economic environment and the strategic foundations on which China seeks the development conditions and competitive advantage in the knowledge-oriented economic climate.
