2008—2011年广西壮族自治区南溪山医院住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of Utilization of Antibacterials in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Nanxishan Hospital During 2008-2011

目的:了解2008—2011年我院住院患者抗菌药物应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:以抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)为指标对2008—2011年住院患者抗菌药物使用情况进行统计、分析。结果:连续4年AUD排序均居前列的科室为耳鼻喉科、呼吸科、泌尿外科、产科。第2、3代头孢菌素和氟喹诺酮类的AUD较高。结论:需要加强抗菌药物管理,限制头孢菌素类和氟喹诺酮类的临床应用,使AUD下降到合理水平。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and the tendency of the utilization of antibacterial drugs in the inpatients of our hospital during 2008-2011 for clinical reference of rational drug use. METHODS：The utilization of antibacterial drugs in the inpatients of our hospital during 2008-2011 was statistically analyzed using antibiotic use intensity （AUD） as index. RESULTS： The AUD in ear-nose-throat department, pneumology department, urology department and the obstetrics department topped the list over the four consecutive years（from 2008 to 2010）. The AUD of second generation cephalosporins,third generation cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones was high. CONCLUSION：It is urgent to tighten control on antibacterial drugs and limit clinical use of cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones so as to bring down the AUD to a reasonable level.
