中国加入WTO复合型高层次律师培养初探

Initial Exploration on Training Interdisciplinary Top Level Lawyers after China′s entry into WTO

通过对适应国际业务需要的复合型高层次律师特点的研究 ,提出中国即将加入WTO ,这对中国法律的影响是深远的 ,除影响立法、司法之外 ,也影响到法学教育 ,尤其是对从事法律实务工作的律师提出了新的要求。认为培养高层次复合型律师人才是中国今后一段时间在法律上和律师制度及律师执业水平上实现与国际接轨的一项重要任务 ,也是在国内实施依法治国方针、策略必不可少的一项工作 。

From the study of the characteristics of the compound and top level lawyers for meeting the requirements of international expertise, this article poses that as China will enter into WTO soon, such an event will affect Chinese law profoundly incorporating not only legislation and judicature but education of law science as well. Especially, new requirements will be put on the lawyers who deal with practical work of law. The article suggests that it is an important task to train compound and top-level layers in order to bring about the linking with the international community concerning the law, lawyer system and lawyer′s practicing level. It is also an inevitable work for implementing the policy of administering the country according to law. Moreover, the article makes an initial exploration of how to train compound and top level lawyers.
