京津冀高等教育空间布局与区域发展:关系、特点与构想

Spatial Distribution of the Higher Education and Regional Development in the region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei:Relations,Characteristics and Ideas

京津冀高等教育空间布局现状是区域内高校过于集中,中央高校和地方高校在地域上双雄并立,本科高校和专科高校区域间落差大,部分地区高等教育还不能充分满足人口发展的需要,区域间高校数量的差距大于区域GDP的差距等。结合高校空间布局现状与区域发展概况发现京津冀区域高等教育的空间布局可以更加合理,其布局构想可以概括为"一轴两翼",即以京、津、廊高等教育发展轴为基础,大滨海地区高等教育研发带和城镇密集地区人力资源储备带为两翼,在智力和人才上为区域发展保驾护航。

The status quo of higher education space layout is the colleges and universities concentrate too much within the region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the central universities geographically exist side by side with local universities,regional gap between undergraduate and specialized colleges is big,parts of higher education can＇t fully meet the needs of the population development,the gap of the number of regional colleges and universities is greater than the gap of area GDP,etc.Combined with the present situation of college space layout and regional development survey,we found space layout of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional higher education can be more reasonable,its layout ideas can be summarized as ＂one axis and two wings＂,i.e.,taking the Beijing,Tianjin,Langfang development axes of higher education as the basis,the higher education development zone of large coastal region and human resource reserve area of urban populated regions as the two wings,convoy the regional development in terms of intelligence and talents.
